Asian American DACA Recipients Share Their Stories

There are roughly 1.7 million undocumented immigrants in the U.S. from Asia and the Pacific Islands. About 10 percent of them qualify for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, but participation within this community is low. We talked with DACA recipients about the unique challenges of being Asian American and undocumented, their hopes for immigration reform and the future.
