A judge blocked a similar policy in Hanover Township last week

On Wednesday night, the Colts Neck Board of Education voted to move forward with a policy that would require teachers and staff members to out certain students based on their gender identity. The Colts Neck school district is expected to take a final vote on the policy at its next board meeting on June 14.
