Executive Director Stephanie Powell is constantly getting calls and emails about the therapeutic riding program offered by Horse Empowered Learning Programs, Inc., or H.E.L.P. They need space to expand their program, but acreage is dwindling as farmers and ranchers sell land to developers. It’s left Powell balancing the need for the program against the space they can find to run it.
